These rates are the same as the published holiday let rates which are vat inclusive

- Room layout prearranged with house manager
- Extras (e.g. hire of projector prearranged with house manager)
- Handover on arrival (heating/hot water controls, washing and drying facilities, etc.)
- Group take responsibility for house during their stay
- No daily domestic support. Beds stripped by guests at the end of their stay and general tidy up.
- Emergency phone number of house manager available
2 Corporate self catering “Plus”
Self-catering “Basic” price + £10* per delegate per 24 hrs(minimum 10 delegates)
- Exclusive use minimum stay 2 days
- Room layout prearranged with house manager
- Digital projector + DVD player + sound system
- 3 flip charts + paper
- House manager on call
- Beds tidied and clean towels daily
- Daily domestic support
- Use of office facilities
- All catering, coffee, etc. provided by client
3 Corporate “Fully catered” 24 hour rate
£130* per delegate minimum 28 delegates
£150* per delegate minimum 10 delegates
* Plus vat @ 17.5%
- Minimum stay 2 days
- Exclusive use
- Personal caterer – prearranged menus, coffee/biscuits provided 24 hrs
- All bedrooms and meeting rooms serviced
- Use of office with computer, copier, printer, broadband, and dedicated land line
- Digital projector + DVD player + sound system
- Vodafone pay-as-you-go mobile
- Pre-arranged cost-effective bar with delivery of drinks. No corkage charge
- Storage facilities if running more than 1 programme within a 3-month period
- 10% discount for multiple bookings within a 3-month period
- If delegates are sharing rooms the cost for the 2nd delegate is £60*
